Shipping Information
- Processing time is a maximum of 3 weeks, although we aim to reduce this time on all orders.
- We cannot speed up specific orders to be completed by a specific date.
- Delivery time may vary depending on the shipping destination.
Refunds Policy
- Since we start work on the shoes immediately, we cannot issue refunds.
- We also cannot accept returns or exchanges for any orders.
- We do not take responsibility for incorrect size selections once an order has been placed. Please take care and use the size guide below.
Size Guide
- Please try on shoes in a store to make sure that you order the correct size.
- If you order a women's size it is possible that you may receive the men's option of the same size or vice versa. The shoes will be the same, only the number on the box will differ.
