Can We Customise Shoes You Already Own?

If you would prefer, we can customise the shoes that you already own. As long as the shoes are in very good condition and are made from a high quality leather. If the shoes are in poor condition, the durability of the paint may be hindered as it relies on a very good bond with the clean leather.

If you would prefer to send us your own shoes rather than allowing us to buy the shoe for you, we can reduce the price that you pay by the cost that we would have paid for the shoe. However, please bare in mind that this will increase the total processing time of your order because you will have to send us your shoe before we can begin work.

By choosing this option of sending us your own shoes, you are also agreeing to the additional terms and conditions stated below:

You agree that you will post the shoes to the address specified by us, and will send them via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed Postage. You also accept that you are completely liable for your shoes until they have officially been signed for and received by a team member of The Customs Project Ltd. No compensation will be issued if the shoes fail to be delivered. You also understand and accept that the paint quality may not be as durable as if the shoes are bought as new. This is specifically the case if the shoe you send isn't of good quality and in a below standard condition.
