Refunds Policy


The Customs Project LTD does not issue refunds or exchanges for any products because everything is hand painted and made to order. Please ensure that you select the correct size and design before placing an order with us because we are not responsible for correcting this error or liable for the consequences that result from it. All of our products are shipped with tracked postage to ensure that the product reaches the customer and thus, we will be informed if a package does not arrive and able to correct the situation. The corrections made for failed delivery will be decided solely by The Customs Project LTD and only The Customs Project LTD can determine if a parcel has not been delivered. Once an order has been placed it can not be cancelled, no refund can be issued at any stage after a purchase is completed, and no changes can be made to any order once the purchase has been completed.
