Design Info

These custom pastel shoes are a beautiful, unique design which are an amazing addition to any outfit. If you're looking for some truly individual and personalised custom trainers, these are your go to! The matte finish makes these shoes have a perfect, professional look to them. You wouldn't believe that they have been hand-painted!

If you would like different colours than what's in the picture just select this from the drop-down options and we'll do that for you. If you are struggling with which colours to choose please feel free to contact us or open a Custom Request! We're always keen to help you find your perfect custom shoe.

All of our shoes are prepared, hand painted and finished with Angelus Acrylic Leather paint products for a high quality, waterproof and durable design. If you have a more personalised design in mind please use the Custom Requests form to contact us about your idea.

Shipping Information

Processing time is a maximum of 3 weeks, although we aim to reduce this time on all orders.
We cannot speed up specific orders to be completed by a specific date.
Delivery time may vary depending on the shipping destination.
For UK deliveries we use Royal Mail 1st class signed. All shoes are packaged within the original shoe box.
For international deliveries, other shipping methods will be used and delivery time is expected to be longer.

Refunds Policy

Since we start work on the shoes immediately, we cannot issue refunds.
We also cannot accept returns or exchanges for any orders.
We do not take responsibility for incorrect size selections once an order has been placed. Please take care and use the size guide below.

Size Guide

Please try on shoes in a store to make sure that you order the correct size.
If you order a women's size it is possible that you may receive the men's option of the same size or vice versa. The shoes will be the same, only the number on the box will differ.
